Gonzalo Barquero vs Senon Morejon

Boxing Daily Report from the Sowah Promotions promoted show at Alejandro Diego Gym, Maracaibo,  taking place on 02/02/2028:

Clearly Sowah Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Zulia Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gonzalo Barquero (13 - 10 - 3) who hails from Maracaibo, Venezuela and Senon Morejon(13 - 7(1) - 6) from Maracaibo, Venezuela.  Both Barquero and Morejon weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Emilio Quiroz, and the three ringside judges are Juan Morlan, Juan Lince and Joaquin Posada.

Barquero closes the distance.  Morejon attempts to land a left hook, but Barquero slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
