Leighton Platt vs Sam Young

Boxing Daily Report from the GAT Management promoted show at Bob Guertin Arena, Gaineau,  taking place on 07/04/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Super Channel, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leighton Platt (15(7) - 0) who hails from Winnipeg, Canada and Sam Young(11 - 9(5) - 9) from Modesto, USA.  Platt weighed in at 126 pounds, while Young weighed in at 125 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sid Leys, and the three ringside judges are Louis Gillespie, Aaron Henry and Prewitt Gedeon.
