Venacio Montoro vs Ovidio Escarcega

Boxing Daily Report from the Pacific and Andean Promotions promoted show at Lima Bernardino, Lima,  taking place on 06/03/2028:

Clearly Pacific and Andean Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Peru-Lima Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Venacio Montoro (11 - 3(1) - 1) who hails from Lima, Peru and Ovidio Escarcega(8 - 3 - 2) from Lima, Peru.  Montoro weighed in at 134 pounds and 10 ounces, while Escarcega weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Seferino Ozuna, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Florentino, Jax Amaro and Agapetus Mejia.
