Elshan Mekhtiyev vs Osman Panahov

Boxing Daily Report from the Njoroge Promotions promoted show at Baku Mona, Baku,  taking place on 12/02/2028:

Clearly Njoroge Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elshan Mekhtiyev (9 - 8 - 2) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Osman Panahov(11 - 9 - 3) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Both Mekhtiyev and Panahov weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Asgar Aslanov, and the three ringside judges are Syed Azer, Samad Farra and Vahid Jamal.
