Yulian Stepanovich vs Yevhen Kovalik

Boxing Daily Report from the Papugyan Promotions promoted show at Vitebsk Petrovich, Vitebsk,  taking place on 13/02/2028:

Clearly Papugyan Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belarus-East Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yulian Stepanovich (4 - 3 - 5) who hails from Mogilev, Belarus and Yevhen Kovalik(9 - 5 - 4) from Mogilev, Belarus.  Stepanovich weighed in at 240 pounds and 4 ounces, while Kovalik weighed in at 230 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Avel Zahorchak, and the three ringside judges are Petro Soroko, Evgeny Gaikov and Krystiyan Aksamit.
