Jonathan Taitt vs Darryl Masson

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-New York State promoted show at New York City Pryce, New York City,  taking place on 12/03/2028:

Clearly AI USA-New York State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-New York State Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jonathan Taitt (4 - 4 - 3) who hails from New York City, USA and Darryl Masson(11 - 16 - 5) from New York City, USA.  Taitt weighed in at 167 pounds and 9 ounces, while Masson weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rich Lawter, and the three ringside judges are Mick Cohran, Sam Calderwood and Massimo Alemanno.  

Round 1: 

Taitt is looking to keep his distance and connects with an overhand left.

Masson advances into close range and manages to force Taitt into the corner.  As Masson tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Taitt has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Taitt lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Taitt finds the target with a jab.  
Taitt steps away from his opponent and tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Masson pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a cross.
