Vashon Magqwaka vs Banji Sobukwe

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Ellis Park Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 18/03/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Southern African Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vashon The Mad Duck Magqwaka (18(9) - 2) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Banji Sobukwe(18(4) - 4(1)) from Soweto, South Africa.  Magqwaka weighed in at 134 pounds and 13 ounces, while Sobukwe weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Loulendo, and the three ringside judges are Ndumisa Ntuli, Tshepo Nqakula and Jackson Mnyamane.
