Kong Liao vs Wu-pen Tan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Hebei promoted show at Cong Lou Gym, Tangshan,  taking place on 14/02/2028:

Clearly AI China-Hebei have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Hebei Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kong Liao (2 - 6 - 4) who hails from Dingzhou, China and Wu-pen Tan(16(1) - 6(1) - 2) from Dingzhou, China.  Liao weighed in at 139 pounds and 14 ounces, while Tan weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chen Hoo, and the three ringside judges are Gan Hua, Gao Xi and Xing-fu Chao.
