Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Sunshine Coast Stadium, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 18/03/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia-Queensland Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Houp (10(2) - 0) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and James Blaney(9 - 12 - 4) from Brisbane, Australia.  Both Houp and Blaney weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zain Sharifi, and the three ringside judges are Seth Urbano, Seth Urbano and Mark Elgin.
