Joaquin Capella vs Xeres Ramundo

Boxing Daily Report from the Atsu Promotions promoted show at Los Alcarrizos Giron, Los Alcarrizos,  taking place on 16/03/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joaquin Capella (11 - 0) who hails from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic and Xeres Ramundo(11 - 8 - 2) from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic.  Capella weighed in at 230 pounds And 13 ounces, while Ramundo weighed in at 242 pounds And 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Quito Suero, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Carreno, Santiago Campo and Xeres Ceniceros.
