Kashif Moghaddam vs Melor Merece

Boxing Daily Report from the JH Promotions promoted show at MGM Grand, Las Vegas,  taking place on 22/04/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the IRBF Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kashif Moghaddam (25(17) - 1(1)) who hails from Jodhpur, India and Melor Merece(20(1) - 6(1) - 1) from Almaty, Kazakhstan.  Both Moghaddam and Merece weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Waqar Othman, and the three ringside judges are Will Cerezo, Henry Weddell and Ian Levingston.  

Round 1: 

Merece digs in a left hook to Moghaddam's liver.  Merece attempts to land a left uppercut, but Moghaddam blocks the shot and counters with a SAVAGE right uppercut.  MERECE IS HURT!  Merece quickly recovers.
