James Umanzor vs Zain Trigano

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Citizens Business Bank Arena, Ontario,  taking place on 20/04/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are James Thunder Umanzor (25(17) - 1) who hails from Santa Ana, USA and Zain Trigano(17 - 8(2) - 1) from Algiers, Algeria.  Umanzor weighed in at 239 pounds and 4 ounces, while Trigano weighed in at 239 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lewis Suttie, and the three ringside judges are Blake Green, John Rhydderch and Dylan Nield.  

Round 1: 

Umanzor drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Trigano attempts to land a cross, but Umanzor blocks the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.

Trigano walks Umanzor down, trapping him on the ropes.  Trigano lands a jab, left uppercut and a cross to his opponents head.  
Umanzor lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.

Trigano gets on the inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Trigano hits home with a firm left hook.

Trigano switches the action to the outside.  Umanzor feints a jab, tricking Trigano into launching a right hook counter.  Umanzor springs the trap and counters with  a right hook.

Umanzor digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  Umanzor attempts to land a right hook, but Trigano blocks the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Trigano attempts to land a jab, but Umanzor slips the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.

Trigano is looking to close the distance.  Trigano throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Umanzor to the neutral corner.  He warns Trigano to stop fouling or he'll lose a point.

Trigano switches the action to the outside.  Umanzor lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.
