Akhil Vohra vs Devdas Batta

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Uttar Pradesh promoted show at Karan Kadakia Gym, Lucknow,  taking place on 22/03/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Uttar Pradesh Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Akhil Vohra (10 - 8 - 2) who hails from Ghaziabad, India and Devdas Batta(10 - 12(6) - 2) from Kanpur, India.  Vohra weighed in at 153 pounds and 7 ounces, while Batta weighed in at 154 pounds and 10 ounces.    As Batta came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Akbar Goel, and the three ringside judges are Rajat Ratanpuri, Adnan Basher and Indra Ratanpuri.
