Satoru Takahashi vs Ryo Sakurai

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Chiba promoted show at Japan-Chiba Gym, Chiba,  taking place on 22/03/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Chiba Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Satoru Takahashi (12 - 4 - 1) who hails from Matsudo, Japan and Ryo Sakurai(18 - 2 - 2) from Chiba, Japan.  Takahashi weighed in at 125 pounds and 15 ounces, while Sakurai weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Goro Horie, and the three ringside judges are Fumio Taketa, Michi Sakaguchi and Jiro Tobe.
