John Balfour vs Mike Samson

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Tennessee promoted show at New Daisy Theater, Memphis,  taking place on 24/03/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Deep South Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Balfour (16(1) - 4(1) - 1) who hails from Nashville, USA and Mike Samson(16 - 3) from Lafayette, USA.  Balfour weighed in at 129 pounds and 10 ounces, while Samson weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Barrett, and the three ringside judges are Paul Loudon, Kris Breck and Billy Dey.
