Santiago Palacay vs Jose Manubay

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Cebu promoted show at Ian Balubal Gym, Cebu City,  taking place on 27/02/2028:

Clearly AI Philippines-Cebu have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Palacay (15 - 8(2) - 4) who hails from Lapu-Lapu, Philippines and Jose Manubay(11 - 8 - 2) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Both Palacay and Manubay weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ricky Magana, and the three ringside judges are Connor Calapatia, Rob Camcam and Mike Olalia.
