Dong-won Ra vs Kook-young Roh

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Korea-Incheon promoted show at Shin-wook Tan Gym, Incheon,  taking place on 29/02/2028:

Clearly AI South Korea-Incheon have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Korea-Incheon Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dong-won Ra (9 - 7 - 2) who hails from Incheon, South Korea and Kook-young Roh(8 - 8 - 1) from Incheon, South Korea.  Ra weighed in at 129 pounds and 15 ounces, while Roh weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Young-cheol Baik, and the three ringside judges are Shin-wook Tan, Hyun-jun Noh and Sung-yun Chang.  

Round 1: 

Roh manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Roh tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Ra is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a jab.

Ra sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Ra is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Ra quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Roh advances into close range and forces Ra to back into the corner.  Ra is on target with a left hook to Roh's liver.  
Ra voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Roh steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Roh closes the distance and hits home with a left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Roh's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.
