Lloyd Kuto vs Vandwon Rono

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Machakos promoted show at Michael Semenya Gym, Kangundo-Tala,  taking place on 02/03/2028:

Clearly AI Kenya-Machakos have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Machakos Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lloyd Kuto (7 - 7 - 6) who hails from Machakos, Kenya and Vandwon Rono(6 - 1 - 2) from Kangundo-Tala, Kenya.  Kuto weighed in at 147 pounds, while Rono weighed in at 146 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Leighton Tumbo, and the three ringside judges are Ian Kahiu, Euan Kaikai and Yobachi Kimanthi.  

Round 1:
