Haaris Meskin vs John Rugyendo

Boxing Daily Report from the Manyama Promotions promoted show at Kampala Otaget, Kampala,  taking place on 02/03/2028:

Clearly Manyama Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda-Kampala District Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Haaris Meskin (12 - 2 - 2) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and John Rugyendo(13 - 0) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Meskin and Rugyendo weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dave Ojara, and the three ringside judges are Shontae Batuma, John Ludigomkasa and Chata Saleh.
