Rico Olavarria vs Cortez Alfonso

Boxing Daily Report from the Sowah Promotions promoted show at Maracaibo Bohorquez, Maracaibo,  taking place on 02/03/2028:

Clearly Sowah Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Zulia Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rico Olavarria (5 - 17 - 2) who hails from Maracaibo, Venezuela and Cortez Alfonso(9 - 2 - 1) from Maracaibo, Venezuela.  Both Olavarria and Alfonso weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hilario Florian, and the three ringside judges are Jose Amaya, Alejandro Blando and Quito Pinero.
