Brian Pugh vs Mien Schaillee

Boxing Daily Report from the Kurusu Promotions promoted show at Middleton Arena, Manchester,  taking place on 29/03/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Undefeated Brian Pugh (9 - 0) who hails from Glasgow, UK and Mien Schaillee(3 - 11 - 4) from Tilburg, Netherlands.  Both Pugh and Schaillee weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tobias Moffit, and the three ringside judges are Dai Tierney, Blake Forgie and Adam Ouimet.  

Round 1: 

Pugh closes the distance and digs in a sharp right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.

Pugh lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Pugh is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Pugh lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  He then lands three consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES SCHAILLEE!  He manages to get up at 4.

He continues the combination and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND SCHAILLEE IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 9.  It looks like Schaillee has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
