Drud Kurr vs Arick Kurschner

Boxing Daily Report from the JH Promotions promoted show at Koelnmesse, Cologne,  taking place on 05/05/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are The German Giant Drud Kurr (29(23) - 0) who hails from Chemnitz, Germany and Arick Kurschner(20 - 6(1)) from Frankfurt, Germany.  Kurr weighed in at 248 pounds and 4 ounces, while Kurschner weighed in at 228 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rambert Kruis, and the three ringside judges are Roger Achatz, Roger Achatz and Alhwin Saurer.  

Round 1: 

Kurr steps away from his opponent.  Kurschner lands a spiteful jab.

Kurschner finds the target with a jab.  
Kurr gets on the inside.  Kurr pivots to the right of his opponent.  Kurr lands two left hooks followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Kurr clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Kurr pushes his forearm into Kurschner's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Kurr to stop fouling.  
Kurr gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.

Kurr DETONATES a VICIOUS right hook on his opponents face.  KURSCHNER IS HURT!  Kurschner almost instantly gets his legs back.

Kurschner pivots to the right of his opponent and drives a firm jab into his opponents body.  
Kurschner sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands with a sharp jab.  
Kurr steps to the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Kurr steps inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Kurr ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Kurschner pushes his forearm into Kurr's face.  The referee warns Kurschner and breaks the clinch.  
Kurr lands with a stiff jab.  
Kurr advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Kurschner lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Kurr ties up his opponent.  Kurr leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Kurschner's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.
