Barney Kruth vs Wilford Bierle

Boxing Daily Report from the JH Promotions promoted show at Jacob Gym, Munich,  taking place on 24/03/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Barney Kruth (3 - 0) who hails from Augsburg, Germany and Wilford Bierle(5 - 15 - 7) from Essen, Germany.  Both Kruth and Bierle weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rodman Markt, and the three ringside judges are Bertram Stockner, Archimbald Marzen and Einhardt Matzek.  

Round 1: 

Kruth sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands with a sharp jab.  
Bierle is looking to close the distance.  Kruth is on target with a right hook.

Bierle steps inside.  Kruth lands a left uppercut.

Bierle gets on the inside and walks Kruth down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Kruth lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Bierle steps inside.  Kruth lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Kruth pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Bierle's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Bierle's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Kruth leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Bierle steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Kruth gets on the inside.  Bierle throws a right hook, but Kruth holds on to his opponent.  Kruth leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Kruth's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
