Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at WIN Entertainment Centre, Wollongong,  taking place on 06/05/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Commonwealth Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Lay (13(2) - 1(1)) who hails from Perth, Australia and Malik Beydoun(15(4) - 4) from Shah Alam, Malaysia.  Both Lay and Beydoun weighed in at 112 pounds.
