Stephen Boward vs Ashley Weir

Boxing Daily Report from the MatchQueen Promotion promoted show at London Daun, London,  taking place on 11/04/2028:

Clearly MatchQueen Promotion have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the British-Southern England Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Stephen Boward (13 - 14(3)) who hails from London, UK and Ashley Weir(11 - 11(1) - 4) from London, UK.  Both Boward and Weir weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dominic Ready, and the three ringside judges are Mark Rhind, Frank McCance and Oscar Madden.  

Round 1: 

Boward gets on the inside and digs in a left hook to Weir's ribs.

Weir pivots from in front of his opponent.  Weir throws a left hook, but Boward holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Weir pushes his forearm into Boward's face.  The ref breaks Boward's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
