Santiago Bermudes vs Gig Almodovar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Brazil-Minas Gerais promoted show at Felippe Nuncio Gym, Belo Horizonte,  taking place on 14/04/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil-Minas Gerais Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Bermudes (12 - 10 - 2) who hails from Belo Horizonte, Brazil and Gig Almodovar(18 - 3 - 2) from Belo Horizonte, Brazil.  Bermudes weighed in at 135 pounds, while Almodovar weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Diego Pereira, and the three ringside judges are Juan Montes, Juan Montes and Franco Caram.  

Round 1:
