Marco Merida vs Gonzalo Mata

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Guayas promoted show at Jax Bolivar Gym, Guayaquil,  taking place on 14/04/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ecuador Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Marco Merida (20 - 3(1) - 1) who hails from Guayaquil, Ecuador and Gonzalo Mata(3 - 0) from Quito, Ecuador.  Both Merida and Mata weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Juliana, and the three ringside judges are Jax Civil, Angel Chavana and Alfonso Cilia.
