Paul Field vs Oscar Bower

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Iowa promoted show at Des Moines Civic Center Stoner Theater, Des Moines,  taking place on 17/04/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Iowa Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Field (11 - 9 - 1) who hails from Des Moines, USA and Oscar Bower(8 - 1) from Des Moines, USA.  Both Field and Bower weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nicholas Mower, and the three ringside judges are Michael Hutchison, Leeroy Rielly and Nicholas Mower.  

Round 1: 

Bower closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  
Bower steps inside and drives a right uppercut into his opponents ribcage.  
Bower lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Field lands a cross.  
Field lands a cross.  
Bower gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Bower closes the distance and digs in a right hook to Field's ribs.  
The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Field dabs at his face checking for damage.  Field has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Field sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Bower digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents body.  
Bower is looking to close the distance.  Bower sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.
