Boxing Daily Report from the AI Guyana-North promoted show at Georgetown Drennan, Georgetown,  taking place on 18/04/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Guyana-North Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NCN, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Allan (5 - 1) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Mel Maitland(8 - 3) from Georgetown, Guyana.  Allan weighed in at 241 pounds and 3 ounces, while Maitland weighed in at 248 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Phil Routledge, and the three ringside judges are John Killens, Dale Rankin and Patrick Goldring.
