Dai Mutinda vs Max Lai

Boxing Daily Report from the Konga Promotions promoted show at Nairobi Wakiihuri, Nairobi,  taking place on 24/03/2028:

Clearly Konga Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dai Mutinda (8 - 11(1) - 4) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Max Lai(17(3) - 5(1)) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Mutinda weighed in at 153 pounds And 12 ounces, while Lai weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Faisal Shaheen, and the three ringside judges are Leon Cassam, Paul Changeywo and Kyrone Koimbori.  

Round 1: 

Lai gets on the inside.  Lai sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.
