Devdas Suri vs Akhil Kannan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Uttar Pradesh promoted show at Karan Kadakia Gym, Lucknow,  taking place on 21/04/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Uttar Pradesh Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Devdas Suri (9 - 2) who hails from Lucknow, India and Akhil Kannan(11 - 9(1)) from Kanpur, India.  Suri weighed in at 245 pounds and 10 ounces, while Kannan weighed in at 226 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Abhay Beharry, and the three ringside judges are Adnan Basher, Lochan Rao and Kalidas Khaparde.
