Paul Kimeli vs Mason Akhasamba

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kisumu promoted show at Kisumu Tumo, Kisumu,  taking place on 20/04/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Kenya-Kisumu Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Kimeli (6(1) - 1) who hails from Kisumu, Kenya and Mason Akhasamba(7 - 1 - 1) from Kisumu, Kenya.  Both Kimeli and Akhasamba weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Peter Kirui, and the three ringside judges are Mick Mutu, Paul Babla and Mick Mutu.
