Sam Kaneri vs Richie Strother

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Christchurch Kinman, Christchurch,  taking place on 25/04/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the New Zealand-Canterbury Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sam Kaneri (10 - 0) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Richie Strother(10 - 5 - 3) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Kaneri weighed in at 147 pounds, while Strother weighed in at 146 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Declan Williston, and the three ringside judges are James Barrack, Justin Patariki and Michael Headden.
