Gerald Mekongo vs Marshall Signoret

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cameroon-Nord-Oueste promoted show at Saddle Hill Ranch, Bamenda,  taking place on 07/05/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Cameroon-Nord-Oueste Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gerald Mekongo (22(5) - 4) who hails from Bamenda, Cameroon and Marshall Signoret(1 - 8 - 4) from Bamenda, Cameroon.  Both Mekongo and Signoret weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cade Piat, and the three ringside judges are Andre Dakeyo, Emmanuel Fidjeu and Carolus Mayebi.  

Round 1: 

Mekongo closes the distance and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!
