Andon á Kirilov vs Aleksandr Bozek

Boxing Daily Report from the Bulgarian Boxing promoted show at Hristo Borisov Hall, Varna,  taking place on 29/04/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Andon á Kirilov (9(6) - 0) who hails from Varna, Bulgaria and Aleksandr Bozek(7 - 8 - 3) from Kharkiv, Ukraine.  Both Kirilov and Bozek weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kosta á Stancioff, and the three ringside judges are Kosta á Stancioff, Marko á Volvov and Sergey á Paisev.  

Round 1: 

Kirilov digs in a right hook to Bozek's ribcage.

Bozek switches the action to the outside.  Bozek drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  Kirilov lands a straight 1 - 2.  Kirilov tries to land a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kirilov closes the distance.  Kirilov lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Bozek dabs at his face checking for damage.  Bozek has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused nasty swelling  around the left eye.
