Ashoka Banik vs Asif Abdo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Maharashtra promoted show at Mumbai Cheema, Mumbai,  taking place on 27/04/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the India-Maharashtra Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TEN Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ashoka Banik (9 - 8(1) - 2) who hails from Mumbai, India and Asif Abdo(13 - 4) from Mumbai, India.  Both Banik and Abdo weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kishore Dadwal, and the three ringside judges are Kishore Subramaniam, Ashoka Pathak and Jasvinder Kapoor.
