John Terres vs Gus Riach

Boxing Daily Report from the Cpboxing promoted show at John Buie Gym, Georgetown,  taking place on 29/04/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Guyana-North Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Terres (3 - 4 - 1) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Gus Riach(6 - 2 - 1) from Georgetown, Guyana.  Terres weighed in at 146 pounds and 8 ounces, while Riach weighed in at 146 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Alec Whitehorn, and the three ringside judges are Mark Firth, Dom Seeton and Tobias Eidson.
