Boxing Daily Report from the Manyama Promotions promoted show at Kampala Rasheed, Kampala,  taking place on 01/05/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Uganda-Kampala District Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gareth Kabwegyere (18 - 2) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Gareth Bhimji(14 - 2(1) - 2) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Kabwegyere and Bhimji weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jay Mwesige, and the three ringside judges are John Wabwiremangen, Tavarius Tebazaalwa and Paul Butime.
