Spencer Gerads vs John Hayes

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Michigan promoted show at Wavy Gym, Detroit,  taking place on 02/05/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Great Lakes Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Spencer Gerads (12(2) - 0) who hails from Cleveland, USA and John Hayes(12 - 4 - 1) from Detroit, USA.  Both Gerads and Hayes weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leeroy Shedden, and the three ringside judges are Ian Duffey, Jonathan Bees and Max Gura.
