Tri Binh vs Peter Calfee

Boxing Daily Report from the Kongo Promotions promoted show at Tân Bình Gymnasium, Ho Chi Minh City,  taking place on 15/04/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Tri Binh (3(1) - 1) who hails from Haiphong, Vietnam and Peter Calfee(8 - 12(1) - 3) from Indianapolis, USA.  Binh weighed in at 118 pounds, while Calfee weighed in at 117 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lac Hoang, and the three ringside judges are Tang Phuoc, Pho Hieu and Phan Chinh.  

Round 1: 

Binh drives a spiteful jab into his opponents face.

Binh walks Calfee down, trapping him on the ropes.  Binh quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Binh pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Binh connects with a right hook.  
Binh lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Binh is on target with a jab.  
Binh tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Binh lands a right uppercut to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Binh attempts to land a left hook, but Calfee sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.

Calfee tries to land a cross, but Binh slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Binh closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Binh ties up his opponent.  Binh leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Binh lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Binh digs in a left hook to Calfee's body.  Binh ties up his opponent.  Binh throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Binh.  
Binh walks Calfee onto the ropes.  Binh pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Calfee steps to the outside.  Binh lands a jab to the head, a cross to the head and a jab to the body.  
Binh gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook.

Calfee throws a left uppercut, but Binh clinches his opponent.  Binh leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Binh forces Calfee to retreat into a corner.  Binh lands a jab followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Binh sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Calfee tries to keep the action at long range.  Binh lands a cross, overhand left and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Calfee pivots to the right of his opponent.  Binh lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Binh closes the distance and hits home with a left hook.
