Leggett Adore vs Raynard Gervais

Boxing Daily Report from the Danquah Promotions promoted show at Dakar Diaw, Dakar,  taking place on 18/04/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Leggett Adore (2 - 0) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Raynard Gervais(10 - 3 - 3) from Dakar, Senegal.  Adore weighed in at 146 pounds And 15 ounces, while Gervais weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Landry de la Bretonne, and the three ringside judges are Montrell Noury, Josce Vanier and Leggett Kasse.  

Round 1: 

Adore cuts off the ring, trapping Gervais in a neutral corner.  Adore digs in a right hook to Gervais's ribs.

Adore leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Gervais is whaling away with hooks, but Adore keeps his defence tight.  Gervais connects with a left hook.  
Gervais pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut.  
Gervais attempts to land a cross, but Adore blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Gervais tries to keep the action at long range and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Adore is looking to close the distance and digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gervais dabs at his face checking for damage.
