Azam Abid vs Jawad Abdu

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UAE-Abu Dhabi promoted show at Abu Dhabi Ababneh, Abu Dhabi,  taking place on 11/05/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the UAE-Abu Dhabi Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Abu Dhabi Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Azam Abid (10 - 0 - 1) who hails from Abu Dhabi, UAE and Jawad Abdu(17 - 1) from Al Ain, UAE.  Abid weighed in at 147 pounds, while Abdu weighed in at 146 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Aftab Yarad, and the three ringside judges are Rehman Salaam, Bilal Salah and Bilal Salah.
