Hitoshi Kimura vs Cong Bau

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Nippon Budokan, Tokyo,  taking place on 20/05/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the East Asian Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hitoshi Kimura (20(8) - 3(1)) who hails from Kashiwa, Japan and Cong Bau(22 - 1) from Hong Kong, China.  Kimura weighed in at 147 pounds, while Bau weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Yuji Tsutsumi, and the three ringside judges are Nori Saito, Hikaru Nakamura and Aki Fujii.  

Round 1: 

Kimura quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Bau lands a ramrod jab.
