Khalon Mkhize vs Dumisani Maphatsoe

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Ian Van Ryneveld Gym, Soweto,  taking place on 14/04/2028:

Clearly AI South Africa-Gauteng have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Gauteng Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Khalon Mkhize (9 - 8 - 5) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Dumisani Maphatsoe(9 - 11 - 5) from Randburg, South Africa.  Mkhize weighed in at 200 pounds, while Maphatsoe weighed in at 199 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Charel Cilliers, and the three ringside judges are Kofi Kpesebaan, Bernardus Hertzog and Dillon Strydom.
