Waqas Asmar vs Kris Crookshank

Boxing Daily Report from the Ten Count Promotions promoted show at Bradford Sports Centre, Bradford,  taking place on 09/05/2028:

Clearly Ten Count Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern England Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqas Asmar (12 - 10) who hails from Leeds, UK and Kris Crookshank(7 - 11 - 4) from Leeds, UK.  Both Asmar and Crookshank weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bryn Dunn, and the three ringside judges are Brin Mickel, Steven Kilduff and Ronald McAlinden.  

Round 1: 

Asmar is on target with a left uppercut to Crookshank's body.

Crookshank is looking to close the distance and forces Asmar to retreat into the blue corner.  As Crookshank tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Asmar has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused nasty swelling  around the left eye.  The ref has ruled that the fight cannot continue due to the accidental damage.  We are going to the scorecards.
