Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Sharjah,  taking place on 17/06/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the West Asian Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Al Jazeera Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Obaid Wajdi (22(3) - 1) who hails from Al Ain, UAE and Mubariz Akbar(18 - 5) from Toshkent, Uzbekistan.  Both Wajdi and Akbar weighed in at 168 pounds.
