Paul Clugston vs Quadrees Kajiya

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Cow Palace, San Francisco,  taking place on 22/06/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Clugston (16(7) - 0) who hails from Austin, USA and Quadrees Kajiya(17 - 3(1) - 2) from Kitwe, Zambia.  Both Clugston and Kajiya weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vicente Salido, and the three ringside judges are Dominic Pollino, Hayden Abraham and Aaron Fergerson.  

Round 1: 

Kajiya feints a cross, and then lands a jab.  Kajiya tries to land a left hook, but Clugston blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Clugston closes the distance.  Kajiya is on target with a left hook.  
Clugston manages to force Kajiya onto the ropes.  Clugston throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Clugston drives a stinging left hook into his opponents body.  
Clugston steps inside and drives a right hook into Kajiya's body.  
Clugston digs in a left hook to Kajiya's body.  
Clugston lands a left hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Clugston advances into close range and throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Clugston drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Kajiya lands a jab followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
Kajiya sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Clugston lands a straight 1 - 2.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Kajiya quickly recovers. 
Clugston drives a left hook into Kajiya's body.  Clugston tries to land a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Clugston lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Clugston closes the distance and drives a solid right hook into his opponents ribs.  Clugston attempts to land a right hook, but Kajiya parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Clugston manages to force Kajiya onto the ropes.  Clugston throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Clugston ties up his opponent.  Kajiya is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Clugston sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Clugston advances into close range.  Kajiya hits home with a right uppercut.  
Kajiya throws a left uppercut, but Clugston clinches his opponent.  Kajiya is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kajiya throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a SAVAGE left hook.  KAJIYA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Kajiya almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Clugston is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Clugston pivots to the right of his opponent and digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
Kajiya tries to land a left uppercut, but Clugston blocks the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.
