Xaver Casares vs Montego Miranda

Boxing Daily Report from the Mfune Promotions promoted show at Marjun Toribio Gym, Mendoza,  taking place on 14/05/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina-Mendoza Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xaver Casares (12 - 7 - 3) who hails from Mendoza, Argentina and Montego Miranda(19 - 6) from Mendoza, Argentina.  Both Casares and Miranda weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Leon, and the three ringside judges are Fraco Nieto, Edmundo Ferrin and Juan Topete.  

Round 1: 

Miranda hits home with a sharp jab.  
Miranda sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Casares hits home with a cross.
