Danyaal Ramadan vs Saad Alzahabi

Boxing Daily Report from the Yarjanyan Promotions promoted show at Atif Wassan Gym, Alexandria,  taking place on 15/05/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Egypt-Alexandria Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Danyaal Ramadan (5 - 13 - 3) who hails from Alexandria, Egypt and Saad Alzahabi(18(10) - 0) from Alexandria, Egypt.  Ramadan weighed in at 139 pounds And 13 ounces, while Alzahabi weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rehan Azer, and the three ringside judges are Jawad Arafat, Ibrahim Kahraba and Bilal Elmahdi.  

Round 1: 

Alzahabi is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a jab.  
Alzahabi advances into close range and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Alzahabi ties up his opponent.  Alzahabi leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Alzahabi's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Alzahabi walks Ramadan down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Alzahabi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut.  
Alzahabi digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.  Alzahabi holds on to his opponent.  Ramadan is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Ramadan and breaks the clinch.  
Alzahabi closes the distance and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Alzahabi holds on to his opponent.  The ref breaks Alzahabi's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Alzahabi pivots from in front of his opponent.  Alzahabi lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  Alzahabi ties up his opponent.  Alzahabi is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Alzahabi lands a left hook, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.  Alzahabi holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Alzahabi pushes his forearm into Ramadan's face.  The referee warns Alzahabi and breaks the clinch.  
Alzahabi is looking to keep his distance and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Alzahabi feints a left, and then lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Alzahabi pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to Ramadan's body.

Alzahabi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Alzahabi dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Alzahabi.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Alzahabi forces Ramadan to back into the ropes.  Alzahabi pivots from in front of his opponent.  Alzahabi lands a right hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  Alzahabi throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Alzahabi pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Alzahabi lands a firm left hook.  
As Alzahabi tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ramadan dabs at his face checking for damage.  Ramadan has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Alzahabi gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Alzahabi steps to the outside and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Alzahabi sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a MASSIVE cross.  RAMADAN IS HURT!  Ramadan quickly recovers. 
Alzahabi switches the action to the outside.  Alzahabi is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Ramadan throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ramadan's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Ramadan's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Ramadan's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Alzahabi closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Alzahabi clinches his opponent.  Ramadan leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Ramadan attempts to land a left hook, but Alzahabi sidesteps and counters with a firm left hook.  
Ramadan steps inside.  Alzahabi connects with a stinging right hook.  Alzahabi holds on to his opponent.  Alzahabi throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Ramadan switches the action to the outside and throws a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Ramadan's body.  
Ramadan steps inside.  Alzahabi is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  Alzahabi ties up his opponent.  Alzahabi is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Ramadan hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee breaks up the clinch and lectures Alzahabi to stop holding.  Alzahabi wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ramadan dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Alzahabi gets on the inside and is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Alzahabi is looking to close the distance and connects with a solid right uppercut.  
Alzahabi forces Ramadan to back into the corner.  Alzahabi lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head, AND RAMADAN IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 9.  
Alzahabi pivots to the side of his opponent and finds the target with a spiteful jab.  
Alzahabi gets on the inside and is on target with a stinging left hook.

Alzahabi steps inside.  Ramadan throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Alzahabi advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Alzahabi pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a solid left hook.  
Alzahabi steps away from his opponent and throws a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Alzahabi lands three consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  Alzahabi ties up his opponent.  Alzahabi leans on his opponent using all his weight. The referee breaks up the clinch and lectures Alzahabi to stop holding.  
Alzahabi gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook.  
Alzahabi lands with a hard jab.  
Alzahabi steps inside and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS RAMADAN DOWN!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Alzahabi!
