Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Barrios, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 18/05/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Iago Nogales (14 - 8 - 1) who hails from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic and Joaquin Rodriguez(11 - 4) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Nogales weighed in at 229 pounds And 14 ounces, while Rodriguez weighed in at 244 pounds And 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Menendez, and the three ringside judges are Miguel Delgadillo, Joaquin Bacallao and Rodrigo Conrado.
